This free, donation-supported web site brings you local news and updates about everything from social activities to activism and promotes Boone’s annual gay pride event.

being and development of the local GLBTIQ community by contributing
to organizations with like-minded purposes; and to Serve
the High Country community through social engagement, leadership,
charity, good will, and responsible citizenship. High Country Pride
is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization located in Boone, NC.
